My Journey of Resilience and Transformation

Hi, I'm Shruti Maheshwari. My journey is one of resilience and finding new strength. After my studies, I suffered from insomnia for 5 years, seeking help from multiple doctors and taking pills, but this only led me into depression. Despite approaching top medical institutions in India and around the world, I couldn't find the relief I desperately needed.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I learned about so many people who were also suffering from insomnia, stress, and anxiety. This made me realize that I wanted to make a difference, leading me to switch from my career in designing to launching a mental wellness platform—Happiness Gurukul. My goal was to transform the sleep and mental health of people worldwide.

To prepare for this mission, I trained at some of the best institutions, including Harvard Medical School, Berkeley Well Being Institute, and the Yoga Institute in Mumbai. Through this journey, I became a designer turned yogi, sleep, and happiness coach. With these learnings, I have been able to transform the lives of over 20,000 people.

Now, I'm on a mission to start a Sleep Revolution worldwide, and I invite you to join me on this incredible journey.

I spent 20 years working hard in the corporate world, achieving a lot but also facing a lot of stress.

This simple yet powerful practice helped me manage stress, improve my sleep, and boost my overall well-being.

Who can attend the Sleep Like a Baby workshop?

Anyone who is facing challenges in Sleep Quality or has Anxiety & Stress about sleeping should attend the workshop. This workshop is an extremely safe space. Anyone below 15 years attending should be accompanied by parents.

Should I stop my Sleep or Anxiety Medication post attending the workshop?

One needs to consult a doctor before stopping any medication. The workshop aims to help you with tools and techniques to improve Sleep and Quality of Life.

What should I be prepared with before the workshop starts?

Make sure you come 10 minutes before the scheduled time and have a simple notebook and pen to write the important points you find during the workshop. Attending the workshop on PC and with good internet connectivity is advisable for a better learning experience.

Is there any Refund policy?

We don’t offer any refunds incase registered participant misses the workshop. However, we will allow the registered participant to attend any one future workshop. Participant needs to write in to workshop@happinessgurukul.com to enable us share the future workshop links.
